Fifteen years inside financial services taught me how organisations really work. Now I help leaders close the gap between the strategy they wrote and the results they actually deliver.
Nyasha started her career doing the maths — as an Actuarial Business Partner inside one of Africa’s largest financial services groups, Absa. It’s precise, numbers-first work. But sitting close to the numbers meant sitting close to every strategy that quietly failed to land.
That’s the question she’s spent the last fifteen years answering: not whether a strategy looks good on a slide, but whether an organisation is actually built to execute it. It’s the same question she now brings into every coaching room, board table, and keynote stage — as a Strategy & Business Coach, an executive coach specialising in career-defining conversations, and a Non-Executive Director.
She’s currently completing her Doctorate in Business Administration at Warwick Business School, holds an Executive MBA from GIBS, and a BBusSc from the University of Cape Town — credentials that sit underneath the work, not in front of it.
Each role added a different lens on the same problem — why good strategy so often stalls in the room where it’s supposed to happen.

An actuarial background means every recommendation is stress-tested, not just inspiring.
Career inflection points and execution failures both need someone willing to name them plainly.
Frameworks designed for the operating realities leaders actually face here, not imported wholesale.
Closing the gap between vision and value for African markets — through strategy execution systems, career-defining coaching, and governance that outlasts any one leader.
